Yes! Xwander Academy offers customized first aid, safety, and wellness trainings tailored to workplaces. We can design a program that fits perfectly into your company’s well-being or team day, focusing on practical skills while supporting team spirit and resilience.

Can the course content be tailored to our company’s needs?

Yes. We offer customized first aid and safety trainings designed to meet the specific needs of your team or workplace. Courses can be arranged either at our training facilities in Ivalo, Rovaniemi or Kittilä, or directly at your workplace. For tailored course inquiries, contact us.

If I book training for my group, can it be combined with leisure activities?

Absolutely. You can easily combine your training with fun activities such as guided nature excursions, sauna experiences, or cultural events. Whether you’re interested in wilderness adventures or relaxation, our team at Xwander can help you build the perfect balance of learning and leisure.

I want to join a multi-day course. Where can I find accommodation?

In Ivalo, our training facilities are located in the same building as Pine Sky Suites, offering convenient and comfortable accommodation. In Rovaniemi, we can recommend several nearby hotels and guesthouses. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you find suitable lodging options during your course.

What is the best way to travel to courses held in Rovaniemi, Kittilä or Ivalo?

All locations, Rovaniemi, Kittilä, and Ivalo are easily accessible by air, train, or bus. Rovaniemi is well connected by daily flights, trains, and buses from major Finnish cities. Kittilä and Ivalo are accessible via direct flights from Helsinki or by bus. Once you arrive, local transportation and clear instructions will help you reach our training facilities. We’re happy to assist you with travel planning if needed!

In what languages are the courses available?

Our trainings are conducted mainly in English or Finnish, depending on the participants’ preference. First aid courses can also be arranged in French, and for all other courses, a French-speaking assistant instructor is available when the main language of the course is English. Feel free to contact us to check if other language options can be arranged!

Where do the courses take place?

The courses are mainly held in Northern Lapland, in Ivalo, Rovaniemi, Kittilä, and the surrounding wilderness areas. Customized trainings can also be arranged at your workplace or preferred location.
