Open Water Diver Course

Learn the fundamentals of scuba diving through theory and practice. Upon completion, participants will receive the internationally recognized PADI Open Water Diver certification.

Diving is a unique hobby that allows you to experience nature from an entirely new perspective. The lakes and rivers of Lapland invite divers to explore their depths – often in total peace, far away from crowds. The northern waters offer tranquil scenery, crystal-clear water, and stunning underwater landscapes shaped by nature.

The Open Water Diver Course is the perfect way to learn scuba diving safely and under professional guidance in natural waters. During the course, you will learn the basics of scuba diving and earn the internationally recognized PADI Open Water Diver certification. This certification allows you to dive to depths of up to 18 meters, join dive excursions worldwide, fill air tanks, rent dive gear, and continue your diving adventures independently anywhere in the world.

The first day includes theory lessons and going through study materials, followed by practicing basic scuba skills and safety techniques in the pool. On the second day, training continues in the pool and/or open water. The final day focuses on open water dives, where you will apply your skills in real-life conditions.

The course is conducted in small groups of no more than four participants, ensuring personal guidance and a safe learning environment. The instructor is certified by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors® (PADI).
