Experience the magic of the midnight sun and the calm of Arctic nature during this seven-day yoga and mindfulness course in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland. The endless daylight of midsummer leads you into a journey of deeper self-awareness, recovery, and reconnection with nature.
The course is held at Lumia Wellness Studio in the heart of Rovaniemi. It offers a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness, and time spent in nature. The Arctic summer – with its endless light and untouched landscapes – creates a unique setting for inner growth, renewal, stress relief, and deepening your yoga practice.
Each day takes us into nature: to the forested fells surrounding the city and to the free-flowing Ounasjoki River. Let the light of the midnight sun energize you, the silence of the forest calm you, and the rhythm of your breath bring you back into balance. During the week, you’ll also learn the basics of kayaking, try wild herb foraging, and explore local northern culture.
The course is taught in English, but instructors are also happy to assist in Finnish when needed. No previous experience in yoga or outdoor skills is required.
Participants can freely choose their accommodation in Rovaniemi. If you’d like, we’re happy to recommend local options based on your needs.
