What is EFR?

EFR (Emergency First Response) is one of the world’s leading CPR, AED, and first aid training systems, operating in over 175 countries. EFR focuses on teaching laypeople practical, easy-to-remember first aid skills and giving them the confidence to help in emergencies.

Who can join an EFR (Emergency First Response) course?

Anyone can join! No prior medical knowledge or training is required.

Is there an age limit for the first aid courses?

We recommend that all participants are at least 14 years old. If you’d like to arrange a course for younger participants, such as a group of school pupils, please contact us.

What will I learn in an EFR course?

The course emphasizes hands-on practice in a stress-free environment to build your confidence to act in real emergencies, and you’ll learn the basic first aid techniques. Find out more from each course description!

Do I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes. After successfully completing the EFR course, participants receive an internationally recognized certification, valid for 24 months.

How long are the first aid courses?

Most EFR courses are designed to be completed in one day, but we can adjust the schedule based on group size, specific modules, and any custom requirements.

What should I bring to the first aid course?

Comfortable clothing suitable for practical exercises. All training materials and equipment will be provided by Xwander Academy.
