This basic first aid course is suitable for anyone who wants to acquire first aid skills for the workplace, schools, or personal use. No prior knowledge of first aid is required. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate valid for 24 months. The Xwander Academy Emergency First Aid Course 1 follows the international Emergency First Response (EFR) system and corresponds to the Finnish Red Cross (SPR) first aid courses.
